Where the Sacred Meets the System

Where the Sacred Meets the System

The Vision

Yoga was never meant to be practised in studios alone. It was meant for every space where humans gather—to work, to study, to serve, to heal. Shubhananda Yoga brings that ancient sacredness into modern spaces. Into boardrooms, hospitals, schools, prisons, and more.

Every space has the potential to become a temple of peace.

International Day of Yoga 2025

"योगः कर्मसु कौशलम्"
Yoga is excellence in action (Bhagavad Gītā 2.50)

This year, on June 21st, yoga didn’t just stay on the mat—it entered mission-critical workplaces.

Yoga for the Forgotten — Delhi Juvenile Centre, 2023

Yoga for the Forgotten — Delhi Juvenile Centre, 2023

“Sarve bhavantu sukhinah, sarve santu nirāmayāḥ.”
May all beings be happy. May all be free of suffering.

In 2023, we were invited by the Delhi Government to serve in a juvenile home. Many of these children had been hurt, hardened, and forgotten.

But in our circle, they became children again. We chanted, breathed, and taught simple tools to manage fear and anger.

One boy told us,

“Didi, when I close my eyes and breathe, I feel like I’m not in this place anymore. I feel free.”

That is what Shubhananda Yoga stands for.Freedom. From within.
